I naravno, prepreka

Juce nisam trenirala i puno sam jela!!! U svoju odbranu imam da kazem da sam pala u nesvest! Sve vreme sam pokusavala da pazim sta jedem, ali opet.. Ne zelim da sebi unistim zivot  time sto cu smrsati. 

Danas sam pokusala da to od juce nadoknadim. 45 min na steperu+neke vezbice za ledja.. :D Mislim da je ok.. Uvece cu ici u setnju. To mi je sad postao standard, svako vece po 2-3 sata setnje i 10 km predjenih. Svakome bi to preporucila, posto je odlicna relaksacija.

Nego, ljudi, treba mi pomoc, al' ozbiljno! Ja sam malokrvna i imam nekih problema sa stitnom. Sta kad i koliko da jedem na ove vrucine? Molim vas, pomozite! :D
