Samo malo srece mi treba
Dakle, danas je 1. dan.
Doruckovala sam 2 parceta BELOG hleba bez icega.
Taman sam htela poci u teretanu, kad eto ti neke kise, a ja inace peske idem, pa sam ovaj put preskocila. Uslikala sam se, da bih posle par meseci primetila razliku (Slike cu postaviti tek kada je vidim).

Veoma je vazno da svaku zacrtanu zelju ostvaris. Dakle, kisa nije trebala da te spreci da odes u teretanu. Zasto npr. ne bi uradila vezbe kod kuce? Ili mozda sacekala da prodje kisa pa trcala? Tako razmisljaju sportisti. Onaj ko hoce da postigne bilo kakve rezultate, ne mora vrhunske, nadje nacina.
Sto se tice ishrane nema potreba za tolikim mucenjem. Dva parceta belog hleba ti ne donose apsolutno nista pametno i dobro po tebe.Zasto ne popijes jogurt i pojedes krastavac?
Najbrze rezultate ces postici ako smanjis ili izbacis unosenje hleba i slatkisa.To treba da ti bude navika, ne privremeno. Srecno!

Pa prilicno sam uporna. Nije me kisa ovaj put sprecila, otisla sam kolima.
